Are you ready to challenge your body with a new and invigorating workout? Orangetheory Fitness in West Nashville, Tennessee, is just what you need if you want efficient and effective workouts. Our studio is clean, offers modern fitness equipment, and provides you with private changing areas and a place to purchase workout apparel and gear if you need it.


Our 60-minute classes use intervals of strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. No two exercises during the session are the same, which ensures that all of your muscle groups are exercised. You will be given a heart rate monitor to wear as you transition between three workout stations so that you can see how high your heart rate gets. We'll use that information to help you set attainable fitness goals for yourself.


We choose gym instructors who have an upbeat, positive attitude and are passionate about helping others become active and fit. Our instructors are able to coach you on the use of equipment, guide you on posture and form, and modify exercises for you as needed.


Everyone can gain benefits through interval training. Athletes can increase endurance while intermediate exercisers could enhance their metabolism and build more muscle. Beginners will enjoy the invigorating experience of moving their entire bodies and getting in a complete workout that challenges both mind and body. HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
